One of our children is leaving soon to go to school and we've received a lovely letter that we would like to share part of:
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff who are always very welcoming and chatty, making it that much easier for me to leave [child's name] in their care.
I want to especially thank [staff name]. From [child's name] first visit, he took a shine to her and she has been amazing with him, always seeming to go that extra mile in ensuring he is happy, also showing him a lot of care and attention. This is so comforting for a parent.
[child's name] is a very happy and content little boy and I feel that Cyfeillion Bach has contributed massively to this. We are sad that he has to leave."
We've received quite a few other similar letters and emails over the last few months and will be updating our parents/carers comments page on our website soon.
