Medication

Following advice from our registration organisation, C.S.S.I.W., we are no longer able to administer medicines such as Calpol or Nurofen, even if you complete our medication form.

We are allowed to administer such medication if *prescribed* by a Doctor or if accompanied by a *Doctor's letter/note* explaining a long term illness or condition that requires such medication in the event of, for example, an emergency.

Will will administer other prescribed medication, such as anti-biotics, as normal on completion of our medication forms.
