“I just wanted to send you an acknowledgement of how truly wonderful we think [Little Chums] is. I believe we live in a complaint culture society but compliments are all too often not freely given which is such a shame.
After having talked with some friends today of their experiences of nurseries and child care that their little ones attend, I realise just how lucky we are to have you and how amazing you all are. Not that I didn’t already know!
Not just your policies which are fair and child centred, but the tireless way you help parents in any way you can and the ability you have to employ staff who actually, genuinely care about children as we do as parents.
I know that [child’s name withheld] has been in your care almost as long as he’s been in ours and thinks the world of your staff, the nursery and the friends he’s made there. He beams when goes in you and he beams coming home after a day with you all and always has.
So once again, thank you, each and every one of you for all that you do and all that you are. We certainly wouldn’t be without you.”
