It started with an Easter themed breakfast this morning with rabbit shaped toast and pancakes. Holly B even made 'carrots' out of peach slices and cucumber batons for snack time! There was more food later on with a party box lunch featuring egg shaped sandwiches!
The children also took part in Easter Egg hunts, made chocolate crispy cakes, played in the Easter themed sand/water trays, played party games and completed more Easter art and craft activities!
The Preschool children took it upon themselves to judge their own 'Decorate/Colour an Easter Egg Competition'. Winners of the competition from across all the groups will be coming home with a winners certificate and a special prize.
Can we say a huge THANK YOU to the parents who have sent in cakes and gifts for the staff and to another of our parents, Laura, who made the GIGANTIC rabbit balloons for Preschool! Although to save you some money we didn't ask you to create an Easter Bonnet this year, some parents/children still did and should also have received a certificate for taking the time to do so!
