We have been told that the project should take around 8 to 9 months and is being completed by G. Adams, the same company that completed the renovation on both the farmhouse and the Preschool building. The workmen are known to us.
The first part of the project should involve installing two passing bays on the driveway, one near the entrance gate and the other on the bend halfway down the driveway.
The builders will be accessing the barn via our rear field through the gate at the bottom of the Preschool building. This does mean that Breakfast and After-School Club children need to be dropped off and collected via the main Preschool top door, as the access area is being fenced for safety.
