The children got creative making their own arts and crafts pizzas before heading to our Pizza Making Station to have a go at making the real thing. Using muffin bases, the children added tomato and then chose their own toppings from a selection of sweetcorn, pepperoni, ham and cheese. There were lots of important decisions to make as everyone created their own perfect pizza!
Once the pizzas were ready, they were baked in the oven before the children took them outside to enjoy for their afternoon tea at the picnic benches. Judging by the smiles, they tasted just as good as they looked!
The children also settled down in their PJs to watch an episode of Peppa Pig in which Peppa and her family make their own pizzas.
A lovely day of creating, cooking and eating, all while wearing our pyjamas. What could be better?
